The FUN Rules

1. iMagine Rewards Club members earn one point for every $1 of play on all slot and most video poker machines. On Optimum Play Video Poker machines, members earn one point for every $4 of play.
2. iMagine Rewards Club Points may be redeemed for goods and services throughout the M Resort Spa Casino. Redeem your points for Cash Back, Free Slot Play, meals, drinks, retail purchases, spa and salon services, hotel stays, gasoline and car wash purchases.
3. Every 333 earned points equals $1 in any of the above categories.
4. Membership in the iMagine Rewards Club is Free.
5. In all disputes, The M Resort management will seek to resolve the situation so that the member is satisfied. The decisions of the M Resort management are final and binding.

The PRACTICAL Rules

1. The minimum redemption for restaurant or retail purchases is $1. The minimum redemption for Cash Back or Free Slot Play is $5.
2. Members can redeem their points for meals and retail purchases directly at the outlet by presenting your card to the cashier or server.
3. Members can redeem their points for Free Slot Play at any slot machine with a PIN (Personal Identification Number).
4. Members can redeem their points for cash back as well as salon and spa services by visiting the iMagine Rewards Center.

The REQUIRED Rules

1. All individuals must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to participate in the iMagine Rewards Club Program.
2. Photo identification acceptable to the M Resort will be required for membership, point redemptions and for obtaining account information.
3. Points may be transferred to another member if both members are present at the iMagine Rewards Club, present photo ID acceptable to the M Resort Spa Casino and acknowledge the transfer in writing, if requested.
4. Accounts with no recorded activity of any kind for thirteen (13) months will become inactive and all club reward values and points will be forfeited.
5. Any misuse of the iMagine Rewards Club Card or improper play as determined by The M Resort in its sole discretion will result in forfeiture of the card and all club reward values, all points will be forfeited and the individual may be excluded by M Resort from its premises.
6. Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from malfunction, operator error or any other reason it deems valid.
7. Management reserves the right to alter, or cancel or improve this program at any time.
