Terzetto Restaurant and Oyster Bar to be renamed Anthony's Steakhouse on June 17

LAS VEGAS - June 3, 2011 - Executives at the M Resort Spa Casino announced today they will change the name of Terzetto Restaurant and Oyster Bar to Anthony's Steakhouse effective June 17. Anthony's Steakhouse, named after Anthony A. Marnell III, President of the M Resort, will offer an innovative, yet traditional, menu with a casual ambiance.

"The idea to change the name of the existing steakhouse came from the notion that we didn't want to have just any steakhouse, but instead, a locally-inspired steakhouse that would tell our guests that this is a restaurant that is personal," said Marnell. "The uniqueness of Anthony's Steakhouse comes from myself and my family's love for food."

Much of the stylish décor will remain the same combining an open design with intimate booths.
The elegant, yet casual, atmosphere will be set with dim lights, warm amber colors of gold and beige, inspired by Marnell's own worn baseball, and masculine elements of mahogany wood and imported marble and stone.

Every aspect of the menu has been thoughtfully selected and highlights prime steaks, prepared to order. The new menu will also add true Marnell favorites to the steakhouse fare including signature appetizers like Anthony's Shellfish Bounty with lobster, shrimp, king crab and oysters on ice and must-try desserts like Peanut Butter Pie and Anthony's Signature Milk Chocolate Soufflé.

Exhibiting creative twists on classic steaks, the dinner menu will offer approachable prices and favorites for all occasions. Anthony's will also offer wines by the bottle, half-bottle and the glass with per glass prices ranging from $8 to $20.

With high ceilings and expansive outdoor views of the resort's pool piazza the open dining room and patio terrace will seat 280. Spacious, yet intimate booths will line the center of the steakhouse with table seats flanking the outer areas of the restaurant.VIP guests will enjoy an exhibition chef's table with a view of the open kitchen. A 20-seat large party private dining room overlooks the pool piazza and will be available for business events, personal celebrations, holiday gatherings and cocktail parties.

Anthony's Lounge, with 50 seats, multiple television screens, friendly service and a full bar, will serve up classic and creative cocktails while Anthony's Oyster Bar will offer fresh-from-the-ocean seafood served with bistro-style flair. The 35-seat Oyster Bar will provide a casual dining option with made-to-order creations including soups, stews and pan favorites, oysters on the half shell, seafood salads and more.

Anthony's Steakhouse will be open for dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm Sunday-Thursday and 5 pm to 11 pm Friday-Saturday. Happy hour will feature specially-priced appetizers nightly from 5 pm to 7 pm in the bar and lounge. Parking is conveniently located in the M Resort's West Self Parking Lot or front entrance valet.
