Omaha Promotional Rules:

1. Lose with ANY 4 of-a-kind or better and qualify for the OMAHA Bad Beat Jackpot.
2. All 4 of-a-kinds must contain a pocket pair in order to qualify. No kickers.
3. Omaha Straight High is the qualifying game for the Bad Beat Jackpot. Players must use 2 of their hole cards to make the highest possible combination of the five cards.
4. All active players playing live Omaha High are eligible for a player share. Once a player has “Missed a Blind,” they are deemed inactive. Player shares are $200 if only 1 Omaha game is running. Player shares become $100 if multiple Omaha games are being spread.
5. Only the 2 highest ranking hands at the completion of the hand are considered the “winning” and “losing” hands for the Bad Beat payout.
6. A minimum of 4 active players must be dealt in the hand to remain jackpot eligible.
7. The pot must consist of at least $10 to qualify. House and Jackpot rakes are included in the pot size.
8. Any discussion of the hand during play may void the jackpot. If collusion amongst the active players is used to entice calls or reach minimum pot requirements then the corresponding jackpot will not be paid.
9. All prizes are paid in chips. Any bonus money that reaches an accumulated value of $600 will be subject to reporting as determined by the IRS. A W-9 will need to be filled out by the Guest.
10. Management reserves all rights to alter or cancel this promotion at any time.

Omaha Reward Rules:

1. Floor Supervisors will drop the winning tickets into the drum. Tickets are not transferrable.
2. Drawing tickets will remain in the drum for both weekly drawings. All drawing tickets will be removed after the final drawing on Saturday evenings. If a name is called and the Guest is not present, their drawing ticket will be returned to the drum.
3. Drawings will occur every ½ hour; 6:15pm until 11:15pm on Thursday and Saturday evenings.
4. You must be an active player, playing OMAHA High, when your name is drawn to earn your reward bonus. Being on the Omaha list or playing in another live game DOES NOT qualify for the reward bonus.
5. Every ½ hour the poker room will draw 1 name for $100. If they are playing live Omaha High they will receive 1 rack of chips. If not, we will continue to draw for $50 until a winner is found. The remaining $50 will go into the 11:15pm progressive pool drawing.
6. At 11:15, the poker room will draw 1 ticket for the progressive pool. If that Guest is present, playing live Omaha, they will receive the pool, if not, we will continue to draw until a $50 winner is found. If there is no money in the progressive pool, the poker room will draw until a $100 winner is found.
7. If the progressive pool is not won, it will be rolled over to the next Omaha Player Rewards 11:15pm drawing.

Free Dining Rules:

1. Earn bonus comps to the Studio B Buffet by playing live Omaha High in the M Resort Poker Room.
2. Play 20 hours of live Omaha to receive 1 bonus comp. Play 30 hours to receive 2 bonus comps. Only 2 comps per week can be earned.
3. Bonus comps must be earned in the same week.
4. Hours must be earned from Saturday at 11:15pm through Saturday at 6:15pm. Once the Rewards drawings start on Saturday, the week’s hours reset
