With only five simple ingredients (rum, sugar, lime juice, club soda and mint) our bartenders can muddle up one (or a whole pitcher) in no time. We’re able to provide our guests with the tastiest mojito possible with one simple secret, we never use a mix. Using fresh ingredients can make or break your mojitio (or any drink for that matter).

We’ve selected from our extensive drink collection a few summery mojitos we’re certain you’ll enjoy. Mix one up the next time you’re relaxing on the porch or by the pool or order one from us during your next visit to M!

Mango Blackberry Mojito
Muddle 3 blackberries and 5 mint leaves
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Cruzan Mango Rum
Shake, add club soda and roll
Pour in a tall Collins glass
Top with 2 blackberries

Banana Strawberry Mojito
Muddle one sliced strawberry and five mint leaves
½ oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Cruzan Banana Rum
Shake, add club soda and roll
Pour in a tall Collins glass
Garnish with a half sliced strawberry on rim of the glass

Vanilla Blueberry Mojito
Muddle five blueberries and five mint leaves
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Juice of ½ a lime
1 oz. Cruzan Vanilla Rum
Shake, add club soda and roll
Pour in a tall Collins glass
Top with three blueberries

Preparing 100,000 square feet of space is a huge task and our team began work as soon as last season ended. Although we make improvements year-round, the pace really starts picking up in February when all of the last-minute details are being finalized. In preparation for the official opening, the pool equipment goes through inspection and servicing as well as deep cleaning. The pools are drained and acid washed, furniture is evaluated for repair and replacement needs and our decks are power washed so they are spotless for guests. The last step is moving over 400 chairs and numerous daybeds out of storage and into position.

After cleaning and servicing, it's time to stock up! Our pool bars go through a lot of liquid and we can't blame them; it gets hot out here in the desert. Both bars are fully stocked to satisfy our guests' orders for cocktails, beers, bottle service and drinks by the pitcher. Mojitos anyone?

Our large deck can accommodate up to 6,000 people, but on a busy weekend you'll probably see about 1,500 guests throughout the day. With that many people, we need a lot of towels. On an average weekday we go through over 800 towels and on a weekend over 2,000!

DayDream is now open to the public for your pool and sun bathing needs and our Main Pool will be opening on May 1. We have a quarter of a million gallons of (heated) water in all of our pools and over 60 trained team members to make sure your every need is taken care of.
