The days definitely had an autumn feel to them this past weekend for M Resort’s Second Annual Italian Festival – a bit chilly in the morning but warming up nicely as the days progressed.
“Festive” it certainly was – red and white striped tents sprouted around the Villaggio Del Sole filled with smiling vendors, the smell of their delicious food permeating the air. Kids were jumping away in the bouncy castle and enjoying the carnival games. The main stage was home to live entertainment from Mark O’Toole to Musicology and our very own Chef Tina demonstrating some of her amazing recipes. The spaghetti eating and grape stomping contests were definitely a hit too – congrats to all our winners!
A special thanks to all the media teams who came out to compete for charity in our media grape stomp challenge – Channel 13 KTNV ABC won their heat for the second year in a row! KXNT News Radio 100.5 FM/840 AM brought home the win in the second heat. Each will receive a $500 donation to the charity of their choice.
We’d also like to thank all our wonderful vendors and sponsors for participating and especially to all you guests who came out to enjoy the festival with us – we ate, we drank, we were ITALIAN!
Autumn has finally arrived here in Las Vegas – the weather has turned, the leaves are falling and alas, pool season will soon be relegated to memory. But while bikinis, hip DJs and umbrella-clad drinks may be gone, something wonderful will still be happening poolside this weekend here at 
The Italian Festival takes popular 
Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12 and free for children under age 5. Paid admission includes choice of one select beverage. Tickets to purchase food items will be available at the Meetings Registration Desk on the 
Drum roll please….the Italian Festival is back – Viva Italia! Now, some of you might remember the Italian Festival and some of you might not, so we’ll do a quick refresher course and then talk about this weekend’s big event!
