2. Imperial Burger

   There’s a lot of gourmet burgers out there, but the Imperial Burger takes the cake – err, bun. Topped with stout braised short ribs, mushrooms, gruyere cheese, and caramelized onions, your mouth will get the royal treatment after just one bite of this beer-infused creation. Wash it down with a selection from our extensive beer list or try one of our unique brewtails (beer cocktails).

   There’s a reason our buffet has been voted “Best in Las Vegas” for two years now! It might have something to do with over 200 food items to choose from including our famous crab legs, oysters and shrimp. Or, maybe it’s the unlimited wine and beer that comes included with every meal. We think it’s probably a little of both. 4. Bone-In Filet Mignon

   One of Anthony’s signature prime beef selections, this 18 oz. dry-aged hunk of beef is one to be slowly savored. The aging process for the bone-in filet provides an extra flavor that can’t compare to its boneless counterpart. This delectable creation is served with your choice of béarnaise, peppercorn or bordelaise sauce.



5. Andy’s Sage Fried Chicken Benedict

   Not only was this dish included as one of Las Vegas Weekly’s “50 Must-Eat Las Vegas Meals” but it was also featured on Man vs. Food. This colossal creation is certainly not for those who favor lighter fare. Chipotle cream with peppers, scrambled eggs, griddled mozzarella, fried chicken, bacon, tomatoes, spinach and a biscuit are all piled high atop a heap of griddled potatoes.

The variety of wines and amazing performances will make for an unforgettable evening, but there are a few notable wineries you'll want to give your undivided attention. Hammond personally recommends stopping by the Norman Vineyard booth. "Jim Norman's Paso Robles group of wines will rock your face off and he is a certifiable entertaining genius."

If you're looking for a delicious, wacky paring, Hammond also suggests visiting Courtney Rich's booth from QuitWineing.com. Rich was involved in selecting perfect wine pairings and delectable food creations for the event. Her picks include: Sage Fried Chicken tenders with chipotle dipping sauce, Mini-Meatloaf Sandwiches with roasted tomato and griddled mozzarella, and Mashed Potato/Bacon Burger Mini’s and Mini Crab Cakes with chili mayo drizzle from Hash House A Go Go.

For more amazing creations, Whole Foods will be on site featuring artisan cheese from Beehive Cheeses out of Utah. Trust us; you'll never think of cheese the same way after trying some of these! To complete the selections with something sweet, Ethel M's will be on hand with a delicious assortment of chocolates, each paired with a particular wine and/or champagne.

Not only are they open late on Fridays and Saturdays (till 2am) they also offer a Late Night Dining deal that's too good to pass up! If you dine at Hash House between 10pm-2am you receive buy-one-get-one entr?es! Their entr?es are already enormous (just look at the photos) so you might want to bring a few extra friends along to help you chow down.

Their menu is full of breakfast, lunch and dinner farm food favorites with a twist. They're most famous for their Chicken and Waffles, it's Hash House's take on an Indiana Classic. Sage Fried Chicken and Bacon Waffles Crowned with Fried Leeks and a Maple Reduction. But maybe something a little healthier sounds more appealing. Try Hash House's Blackberry Granola Pancake. You can wash any of their menu items down with a warm S'mores Moca (like a s'mores but in a cup!)

On July 21, the restaurant will be teaming up with Mix 94.1 for their Tropical Thursday Party. The party will go from 5-9pm and will include a free signature tropical drink and specialty priced menu items. It's the perfect opportunity to get a little taste of Hash House if you haven't tried it already. And don't take our word on it, this year the restaurant won the "Best Breakfast" award from the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Ravello Lounge isn't just a great place to see live entertainment - it's also home to some pretty amazing technology. Not only are there more than 40 screens built into the walls that can showcase the onstage entertainment, but the large panels next to the screens can be programmed to visually match audio beats and more through visual representation.

From the antique tractor gracing the entrance, to the spectacular views of the pool and Las Vegas skyline, the ambiance at Hash House is almost as delightful as the food you'll find served literally hot off the grill - no heat lamps here. It's made to order, it's fresh and it's bountiful. You'll find smiling faces all around and we're not just talking the staff. The guests here are definitely enjoying the star of this show: the food.

In the few minutes we dropped by this morning, we were able to capture some of the dishes as they were quickly whisked from kitchen to table like a pancake whose size ensures we could undoubtedly substitute it for an umbrella to fend off the rainy weather we've been having. The house smoked salmon Benedict with fresh asparagus, sundried tomatoes, chili cream and two basted eggs was a treat just to look at let alone to eat. On the lighter side was the sundried tomato, basil and goat cheese scramble. And finally the Hash House signature fried chicken and waffles.

It's easy to see why people love Hash House and we think you will too. So come down to M and try their newest location - it's twisted farm fresh fantastic.

For years, Las Vegans hungry for their ridiculously delicious food have had to make the trek over to their West Sahara location to get a taste of what's good. Andy's sage fried chicken benedict with maple reduction. (It goes great over waffles too!) Their famous meatloaf hash with roasted red peppers, fresh spinach and smoked mozzarella. Griddled all blue crab cakes with smashed pot-squash, chili mayo and bar b’ que drizzle. One-pound stuffed burgers and grilled pork tenderloin with honey mustard glaze and southern pecans. There are just too many to name but every one of them leaves you wanting more. Or we should say leaves you wanting to come back for more because we guarantee you'll be full and happy with these portions.

Hash House will be opening here at M Resort in early October. If you're looking, they're also hosting a job fair today and tomorrow, August 17 & 18 from 9am to 6pm in Molise Room 4 on the spa level.
