Ultimate Root Beer Float

This adult frozen treat is a favorite poolside and the perfect pleasure in 110º heat. It’s a twist on a traditional favorite featuring SnoBar’s Brandy Alexander ice cream. Brandy and crème de cacao are married with premium dairy in a deliciously rich ice cream with 3 Olives Root Beer Vodka and root beer, of course. This delectable drink packs a punch in a souvenir mug when you order the Ultimate version of this fun frozen treat.

The Hot Mess

Since we’d rather DayDream then go to Rehab, we’re solving our Sunday mornings with a Hot Mess. This drink has a kick of a different sort since it’s made with fresh jalapenos. Ciroc Coconut Vodka makes it a cocktail adults dream about while the Agave Nectar and fresh watermelon juice take the bite out of the spicy jalapenos. What makes this one even better for the ladies? It’s pink, of course and no one can argue with that.

The Shot-Ski

Our shot-ski is what turns any day spent poolside into a party. Originating from the University of British Columbia, it’s an actual ski with four shot glasses in which our lovely Girls of DayDream will assist. Plus, we have a special shot-ski menu AND when you purchase three shots, you get the fourth one free! You can’t get this special anywhere else as DayDream is the only club in Las Vegas that offers the shot-ski. The most popular shot this summer according to our Director of Daylife & Nightlife, Joe Bravo, is Fireball Canadian Cinnamon Whisky. With its fiery cinnamon kick and smooth whisky finish, it’s like atomic candy in your mouth.

Lager Shandy

Lager, Sprite, orange vodka, sweet lemon and lime

The Lager Shandy is a blend of beer and sparking lemonade. It’s inspired from the popular traditional shandies (beer mixed with citrus-flavored soda) from Great Britain, Ireland and other European countries. It brings out the beer flavor to create a light and refreshing drink without the added heaviness.

Chocolate Stout Margarita

Chocolate stout, sweet lemon and lime, Sauza Silver Tequila, Cointreau

We never thought a drink with chocolate and margarita would blend as well as this one. Our Chocolate Stout Margarita is a twist on the beer margarita, using a stout to make the beer more perceptible. The sweet and sour taste of the margarita pairs perfectly with the refreshing flavor of chocolate.

Red Ale Mary

Red ale, clamato and spicy tomato juice, squeeze of lime

This Bloody Mary on steroids uses red ale to give you that “redeye” pick-me-up. This spicy and flavorful cocktail is perfect after a long night of drinking.

When developing these brewtails, our food and beverage team knew that creating the perfect flavor was key. They wanted to make cocktails that were as unique as the M brand and ones that our guests would be eager to order again and again. We could talk about the history of the holiday or about its association with the color green, but instead we decided it would be a lot more fun to talk about the drinks! We compiled a guide to some of our Irish-inspired beer and cocktails that you can find throughout our property. Here goes:

32 Draft Bar with 96 beers on tap

Let's start with the good ol' beer. We know you have the classic choice of Guinness but for those looking to branch out, 32 Draft Bar, our bar for the consummate beer lover, recently added several new beers, coincidentally in time for St. Patrick's Day! Here's a look at some of the new additions inspired by the Irish.

• Smithwick's: The original amber ale from Ireland. While this beer is clearly an Ale it takes characteristics from both Ale and Lager styles. Clean and smooth with rich malts.
• Wexford Irish Cream: The authentic Irish Ale dates back to 1810 from Wexford. Brewed using the original family recipe with Irish malt and hops, Wexford has a smooth mellow creaminess.
• Murphy's Irish Stout: Brewed from all natural ingredients; smooth and creamy, with a subtle bitterness. The blackish color comes from a difference in process at the roasting stage.

Lucky Leprechaun Specialty Cocktail

If ales and stouts just aren't your thing, don't worry. All our bars also feature our Lucky Leprechaun specialty cocktail, which promises to bring out the Irish in ya. Made with Baileys, Frangelico and a dash of green cr?me de menthe it's a classic and we venture to say, it'll bring you some luck.

We don't think you'll have any problem finding a drink you'll enjoy, but if the above choices still don't have you inspired, perhaps our price point will. Even on St. Patrick's Day, our Happy Hour 24/7 still applies – meaning that Lucky Leprechaun specialty cocktail and that Jameson Whiskey are just $5, along with all our other premium drinks. And those bottled beers of Guinness (and all other bottled beers) they'll run you just $3 - at every bar, all the time, every day.
