The Micro Burger

This burger is the most popular burger at the restaurant and it’s easy to see why. Seasoned with lemon pepper and topped with sliced avocado, New Belgium Fat Tire braised tomatoes, micro greens, and fresh goat cheese, this burger is all about the meat and the greens. It’s the perfect choice to get your taste buds to open up and savor a good gourmet burger.

The Imperial Burger

This royally-named burger is certainly the king of burgers. First it’s seasoned with salt & pepper and next topped with short ribs braised in Sam Smith’s Oatmeal Stout. This is the ultimate meat lover’s burger. Add the sliced mushrooms with carmelized yellow onions and gruyere cheese and this burger is a feast for the eyes and the stomach.

Indian Pale Ale Burger (I.P.A.)

When we asked Kyle what his favorite burger was, he was quick to respond.  “My favorite is the I.P.A Burger. Just like an Indian Pale Ale, this burger has a lot of flavors that work perfectly together.” If you like your burger hot and kicking, this is definitely the burger for you. This burger is first seasoned with BBQ Spice. Next it’s topped with roasted hatch chilies; Firestone Union Jack IPA battered fried jalapeno pepper slices and pepper jack cheese. All of these flavors married together deliver the perfect spicy burger.

Though the interaction may be brief, the guest experience begins in Valet with our Guest Services team. They make it their job to know your name, especially if you frequent our resort. They will assist you with your luggage and perhaps offer you a bottle of water should it be another hot day in Las Vegas. They will even escort you inside to the Front Desk or at minimum, will direct you there.

Once you arrive at the Front Desk, you’ll be greeted with a smile by one of our fantastic front desk agents. What you may not know, is the night before our front desk team scanned reservations arriving the next day to find out if anyone was celebrating anything special. If availability permits, we’ll pre-assign your room. It isn’t unheard of to receive a card with cupcakes for your birthday or chocolate covered strawberries for your anniversary from the front desk agent who checked you in.

Those little touches might even extend to your dinner. Maybe you are here celebrating your anniversary and our Concierge recommended Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood, our award-winning fine dining restaurant. Because our Concierge noted on your reservation that you are here celebrating your wedding anniversary, the hostess might seat you near the window so you can indulge in a view of our main pool deck, Villaggio Del Sole and the Las Vegas Strip. Once you reach the end of your meal, the waiter may bring out a special dessert tasting with “Happy Anniversary” written out in chocolate ganache for you to enjoy.

Best View of the Las Vegas Strip

At 400 feet above the strip, our view of the valley is more than incredible – it’s spectacular. There is nothing like Fourth of July in one of our Strip side rooms. Not only can you see the fireworks spewing off the top of the Stratosphere, but also in almost every neighborhood and city park in the valley, too. The view is nothing short of amazing. When Vegas experiences one of its many summer lightning storms, it gets even better. You can enjoy Mother Nature from inside your comfy hotel room as the lightning stretches from the clouds above to the ground below.

Best Suite

If you’ve taken a look through our website, we have three different suite layouts available for our guests to enjoy. Though the Loft Suite is award-winning and the largest at 2,400 square feet, we think our smallest suite, the Classic, may just be the best. First, it’s functional. At 1,100 square feet, its rectangular shape allows for rollaway beds should you need them for additional guests and it offers a most comfortable couch with a chaise lounge not available in our other suites. Second, the bar area is located over marble instead of carpet. So if anyone has too much fun, the spillage ends up on the marble instead of the carpet (which means no room damage fee). You add that up with a 15^th floor view of the Las Vegas Strip, and you have not only the Best Suite, but the Best View, too.

Best Drink

We asked our Beverage Manager, Ziggy Pawlowski, and he says that even after four years, the M Fantasy is still the best selling drink off of our specialty menu – hands down. So, what makes it the best? If Stoli Blueberi Vodka, Silk Road Plum Sake and muddled blueberries don’t get you excited, it’s also topped with an edible orchid. It’s sweet, smooth, and it’s gorgeous!

Best Dessert

Although our vanilla crème brulee is our best-selling dessert, we think our absolute best dessert is our Peanut Butter Pie. It’s rich. It’s decadent. It’s sinful. Your taste buds will be screaming with delight after just one bite. It’s available at both Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood and in a mini version which we love at Anthony’s Burgers & Brews. We dare you to try it the next time you come by.

Best Souvenir

Our Vice Shop and Essentials shop have plenty of fun things to offer from f-shirts and handbags to onesies, hats, and even Nike® brand M golf balls. But if we were going home, we thought we might take something a little unconventional. Our luxury spa, Spa Mio has something we can’t do without – candles made in signature scents! You can take home scents like Love Spell and Green Tea. These candles are hand poured and made from soy oil. The burning candles emit no toxins into the air and have a 30-hour burn time. Even better, the melted candle is warm to the touch, not hot, and can be used on the skin!

The new menu is arranged by country of origin along with a brief description of beer. There are 88 drafts listed on the menu. Two featured drafts are constantly rotated in, so it‘s best to ask your bartender about our newest selections! And, it’s also a great excuse to come back and see what’s new on tap.

Some of 32’s most popular drafts are Moa Imperial Stout out of New Zealand, Blackhawk Stout from Mendocino Brewing Company and Sculpin IPA from Ballast Point Brewery. 32° Draft Bar even has beer cocktails, featuring the Black Forest Cake. This unreal beer cocktail is a mix of Guinness Stout, cake flavored vodka and juices, and yes, it taste is just like its name!

The bar itself overlooks our casino floor and the race and sports book. There are both bar seating with tabletop gaming as well as high top tables. The back bar is lined with our 96 taps and TV’s are everywhere, to catch all the sports action. The staff willingly accommodates guests’ viewing pleasures by tuning into the vast array of sports available.

Common Terms
Maki – sushi rolled up using a bamboo mat. It’s normally wrapped in nori (dried seaweed), but it is sometimes served in soy paper or thinly sliced cucumber. The maki rolls are cut into six or eight pieces. This particular type of sushi is acceptable to eat with your fingers or chopsticks and can be dipped in soy sauce or topped with wasabi.

Nigiri – sliced raw fish with a molded ball of rice underneath. Most sushi chefs add a dab of wasabi in between the rice and fish, so no additional sauce is needed. Only the fish side of the nigiri should be dipped into soy sauce and it can be eaten with your hands.

Sashimi – sliced raw fish served without rice. Sashimi should be eaten with chopsticks and can be eaten with wasabi mixed into the soy sauce.

Basics
The base of most sushi is a special variety of rice called awase-zu. The short-grain rice is seasoned with rice vinegar, salt and sugar. The mixture itself is called shari and is a bit sticky so it can be formed into shapes for nigiri or rolled to make maki.

Not all sushi has to be eaten with chopsticks. It’s actually recommended to eat maki and nigiri with your fingers. But, it’s proper to always use chopsticks for sashimi. Whenever you’re eating sushi, a plate with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce is always presented. The ginger is used as a palate cleanser between bites while the wasabi can be used for additional spice on maki and sashimi (nigiri typically comes seasoned with it already). Wasabi should only be mixed into soy sauce when eating sashimi. Plain soy sauce can be used with nigiri, but only the fish part of the sushi should be dipped. These are just the traditional sushi eating techniques. Feel free to eat and season your sushi any way you please.

For the First-Timer
If you’re getting ready for your first time eating sushi, we recommend going with friends who have tried it before. Sitting at the sushi bar will allow you to talk directly to the sushi chef and get their personal recommendations. Our chefs at Oyster Bar are always happy to help the experienced or novice eaters. If you’re adventurous, you can ask for omakase, meaning “to trust the chef”. Our sushi chefs will make anything they like and send it your way!

Start with a Cocktail
Imitate the Europeans and begin your meal with a bitter cocktail (such as champagne, Vermouth or Campari). This is called an aperitif (from the Latin word aperire, meaning “to open”), a light alcoholic drink meant to spark the appetite.

Let it Sparkle
Your water preference may seem unrelated to eating, but choosing sparkling over still will help with digestion. Due to the carbonation, sparkling water is almost impossible to drink too quickly and will keep you from feeling bloated and overly full.

Flee from Fillers
Sure that basket of bread may look delicious, but it’s not going to be more satisfying than your main course. No matter how elaborate the bread offerings may be, (and ours are pretty elaborate) enjoy a bite or two of the doughy delight and save room for what’s to come.

Ask for Guidance
M’s skilled restaurant Team Members are trained and ready to help you navigate our menus and make the perfect selection for your palate. Don’t hesitate to ask their opinions on certain dishes; chances are they’ve tasted nearly everything on the menu.

Keep it Balanced
Foods have various weights and consistencies. When ordering, it’s important to mix and match the richer items with lighter foods. If you’re dining on filet mignon with a side of foie gras, it’s best to order a light appetizer and dessert to avoid feeling weighed down with indigestion.

Don’t Starve Yourself
Planning on skipping breakfast and lunch in anticipation of dining at Studio B or another one of our restaurants? Have sensible meals earlier in the day. This will help expand your stomach and give you more room to enjoy that last scoop of gelato!

1. Chilean Sea Bass
   Marinelli’s
   This delicate and buttery fish cannot be missed by any seafood fans. It’s prepared to the perfect melt-in-your-mouth consistency, with a subtle lemon glaze that delectably balances the flavor. Marinelli’s customizes guests’ fish entrees by offering selections served either grilled or pan seared. Did we mention our fish arrives here in 18 hours or less fresh from the ocean?  It’s seafood (in the desert) at its best!



2. Imperial Burger
   Anthony’s Gourmet Burgers & Brews
   There’s a lot of gourmet burgers out there, but the Imperial Burger takes the cake – err, bun. Topped with stout braised short ribs, mushrooms, gruyere cheese, and caramelized onions, your mouth will get the royal treatment after just one bite of this beer-infused creation. Wash it down with a selection from our extensive beer list or try one of our unique brewtails (beer cocktails).



3. Seafood Brunch or Dinner
   Studio B Buffet
   There’s a reason our buffet has been voted “Best in Las Vegas” for two years now! It might have something to do with over 200 food items to choose from including our famous crab legs, oysters and shrimp. Or, maybe it’s the unlimited wine and beer that comes included with every meal. We think it’s probably a little of both. Enjoy our award-winning seafood buffet Friday evening and all day on Saturday and Sunday.



4. Bone-In Filet Mignon
   Anthony’s Steakhouse
   One of Anthony’s signature prime beef selections, this 18 oz. dry-aged hunk of beef is one to be slowly savored. The aging process for the bone-in filet provides an extra flavor that can’t compare to its boneless counterpart. This delectable creation is served with your choice of béarnaise, peppercorn or bordelaise sauce.



5. Andy’s Sage Fried Chicken Benedict
   Hash House A Go Go
   Not only was this dish included as one of Las Vegas Weekly’s “50 Must-Eat Las Vegas Meals” but it was also featured on Man vs. Food. This colossal creation is certainly not for those who favor lighter fare. Chipotle cream with peppers, scrambled eggs, griddled mozzarella, fried chicken, bacon, tomatoes, spinach and a biscuit are all piled high atop a heap of griddled potatoes.

Imperial Burger

Our most regal of burgers on the menu, the Imperial Burger is topped with stout braised short ribs, mushrooms, gruyere cheese and caramelized onions. This burger pairs best with a Sierra Nevada Stout.

Lollipop Wings

Wings are good on their own, but when they're prepared with the "lollipop" technique they not only resemble our favorite candy but they're also much easier to eat (read: less messy). Our lollipop chicken wings are served three different ways with your choice of garlic, buffalo or ginger thai chili sauce (our personal recommendation).

Tsingtao Chicken Salad

Our Tsingtao Chicken Salad is chock-full of soy-caramel glazed chicken, cabbage, carrots, mandarin oranges and water chestnuts all topped with Tsingtao peanut vinaigrette. What makes this salad special is the dressing; Tsingtao is a Chinese beer known for its high-malty flavor and we infuse it into the peanut dressing making for one unique experience for your taste buds.

Anthony's Gourmet Burgers has not one or two, but five different selections of fries and onion rings on their menu. We love these salty snacks so we couldn't narrow it down to just one. You'll be able to choose from Just Simple Fries, Garlic Parmesan Fries, Truffle Fries, Sweet Potato Fries and Beer Battered Onion Rings. Order one, more or even try them all!

Gelato Tasting for Two

We're all about the sweets, so be sure to save room for dessert. The gelato tasting comes with gourmet gelato and cheesecake and brownie lollipops. It's the perfect ending to your burger experience.

Most of us have already celebrated the beginning of 2012, but the end of this month marks the beginning of Chinese New Year. The Chinese culture celebrates each New Year according to the lunar calendar which is why the date fluctuates from year to year. January 23 marks the beginning of the celebration for the auspicious Year of the Dragon.

The Dragon is the most powerful of all 12 signs in the Chinese Zodiac, which associates an animal to each calendar year. Everyone born in 2012 will be considered a Dragon. Dragons are said to be dominant, ambitious, driven, willing to take risks and unafraid of challenges. These strong character traits are said to cause an increase in births for every Dragon Year. Dragons are also said to be charismatic leaders. In the year 2000 the birth rate in China spiked and is expected to do the same this year.

Each Dragon Year is also associated with one of the five elements (metal, water, wood, fire and earth). 2012 is the year of the Water Dragon. Water Dragons are able to see things from other points of view. They don't have the need to always be right. Their decisions, if well-researched, are usually better since they allow others to become involved.

To kick-off the two week celebration a traditional Dragon Dance will be held on Monday, January 23 at 6pm to bring good luck and fortune for our guests. A 63 foot-long dragon will feature adult and baby lion dancers, buddhas, musicians and festive flags and will make its way through our entire casino.

Studio B Buffet will feature eight hard-to-resist New Year specialties. Until February 6 you can feast on Meatballs with Bok Choy, Poached Chicken with Ginger and Scallions, Spinach and Bamboo Shoots, Beef Lo Mein, Tofu and Eggplant with Black Bean Sauce, Lettuce Wraps, Mandarin Oranges with Leaves and Spring Rolls. Our bars will also be serving up specialty cocktails, a Lychee Martini and a Mulan cocktail.

Starting this Friday our limited edition Year of the Dragon gaming chip will be available. Keep the good luck coming and purchase the chip at our casino cage for $8. The chips will be available until supplies last.

Toast the New Year with us and enjoy live entertainment beginning at 9pm in Lobby Bar, Ravello Lounge, M Bar and Hostile Grape. See which venue is the right fit for your celebration style.

Ravello Lounge - The New Year's evening will kick off in our lounge with go-go dancers and a DJ spinning hits to get the party started, beginning at 9pm. At 10pm, 80's tribute band Loveshack will take the stage and sing the best of the 80's and 90's and some NYE-style party music. The entertainment in Ravello will be going all night long and is ideal for our high-energy party goers.

Lobby Bar - Relax at Lobby Bar and take in a performance by Lowkey Junction. The band is a unique blend of masterful music mixes, live percussion and saxophone. With the best people-watching views, Lobby Bar is the perfect fit for a relaxed New Year's celebration.

M Bar - For those who like to be at the center of all the action, M Bar is for you. Located in the middle of our casino floor, DJ Simon and go-go dancers will be kicking off this party at 9pm. Get there early for a seat on M Bar's cushy couches or get your groove on to the tunes DJ Simon will be spinning.

Hostile Grape - Take a sip of more than 160 wines by the glass in our underground wine hideaway. Veteran DJ Art will be mixing up the music for the night for the oenophiles.
