It’s August in Vegas and we’ve got some fresh ways to enjoy the summer and beat the heat– from cool pools, to cool brews and even soothing spa services.

Since the weather’s great most of the year in Las Vegas, you can take advantage of the pool scene until October so taking a dip in a spectacular pool should definitely be on the stay cool list!

The M Pool is known for its spacious deck and upscale amenities. Daybeds provide a front row view that’s perfect for people-watching and offers a convenient way to take a dip. VIP cabanas are equipped with a personal Jacuzzi (that can fit up to four of your friends), flat screen television, ceiling fan and a refrigerator to keep all your favorite libations cold. For an alternative to cabanas and daybeds, take up residence in one of the water chairs that are placed directly in the pool to get the best of both worlds. But you need to be quick, water chairs are issued on a first-come, first-served basis!

DayDream Pool Club at M Resort is another pool alterative that’s open exclusively for adults 21 and over every Saturday, Sunday and Monday and provides its own brand of poolside fun. The party gets into full gear with a list of celebrity DJ’s setting the scene for mixing and mingling and enjoying frosty libations around the ice-railed bar or hand-delivered to you by one of the friendly servers.

There are plenty of ways to cool off indoors too. Pamper your summer skin with a Tropical Fruit Polish Massage just steps away from the pool inside Spa Mio. There’s a reason this spa is one of only 105 in the world to be awarded with the Four Star award: Impeccable service and amenities are a mainstay at this must-try spa. The one-of-a-kind Tropical Fruit Polish offers a saltmousse exfoliation treatment and incorporates papaya-pineapple or mango passion fruit to soothe and brighten your skin.

If getting out of the sun means catching the biggest sports games, then 32° Beer Bar is your ticket. Not only can you catch all the sports action on too many screens to count, but you can have your pick of over 90 select and craft beers on tap at the coldest temperature in town. Classic lagers, ales and even stouts are on the lengthy menu for both the discerning beer authority or if you just want to order your favorite cold one. Either way, staying cool in the dessert could be easier and a lot more fun than you ever thought!

Calling all beer aficionados, 32° Draft Bar is ready for you, with 97 different beers and ciders. Think you can drink them all? Our beer bar boasts 90 different drafts on 96 taps, but for those of you who prefer the bottle, they have a variety of bottled beers to savor as well. There is a spectacular variety of beers; from common to craft and international beers that will appeal to the beer geek and novice alike.

The new menu is arranged by country of origin along with a brief description of beer. There are 88 drafts listed on the menu. Two featured drafts are constantly rotated in, so it‘s best to ask your bartender about our newest selections! And, it’s also a great excuse to come back and see what’s new on tap.

Some of 32’s most popular drafts are Moa Imperial Stout out of New Zealand, Blackhawk Stout from Mendocino Brewing Company and Sculpin IPA from Ballast Point Brewery. 32° Draft Bar even has beer cocktails, featuring the Black Forest Cake. This unreal beer cocktail is a mix of Guinness Stout, cake flavored vodka and juices, and yes, it taste is just like its name!

The bar itself overlooks our casino floor and the race and sports book. There are both bar seating with tabletop gaming as well as high top tables. The back bar is lined with our 96 taps and TV’s are everywhere, to catch all the sports action. The staff willingly accommodates guests’ viewing pleasures by tuning into the vast array of sports available.

Our bartenders know their stuff when it comes to beer. They may not be beermeisters, but they have an uncanny way of finding the beer that best suits your taste buds. They’re always willing to help you with your selection. Not only will our 32° bartenders and servers eagerly tell you about the beers available, they’ll also give you the scoop about our food specials. That’s right we’re bringing you one of the best selections of beer in town and food to go along with it.

32° Draft Bar has a local bar feel and is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Good food, affordable prices, great variety of beer that you might not find at other places and a staff that makes you feel like this is where you belong! During Baseball Season, treat yourself to one of the specials below while you’re having a nice cold one!

What’s a brewtail, you might ask? It’s a drink with a kick and M’s unique spin on the popular beer-cocktail trend. These new boozey hybrids are larger than a traditional mixed drink and are served up in bigger glasses. They’re particularly popular in the warmer months of spring and summer. The effervescence that beer brings to the glass is a thirst-quenching alternative to your traditional libation, perfect to cool you down from the desert heat.Served exclusively at Anthony’s Burgers & Brews, brewtails take on a new prominent role on the drink menu. Aside from their already extensive list of traditional beers, three varieties of brewtails are available for beer connoisseurs (or the curious) to enjoy.

Lager Shandy

Lager, Sprite, orange vodka, sweet lemon and lime

The Lager Shandy is a blend of beer and sparking lemonade. It’s inspired from the popular traditional shandies (beer mixed with citrus-flavored soda) from Great Britain, Ireland and other European countries. It brings out the beer flavor to create a light and refreshing drink without the added heaviness.

Chocolate Stout Margarita

Chocolate stout, sweet lemon and lime, Sauza Silver Tequila, Cointreau

We never thought a drink with chocolate and margarita would blend as well as this one. Our Chocolate Stout Margarita is a twist on the beer margarita, using a stout to make the beer more perceptible. The sweet and sour taste of the margarita pairs perfectly with the refreshing flavor of chocolate.

Red Ale Mary

Red ale, clamato and spicy tomato juice, squeeze of lime

This Bloody Mary on steroids uses red ale to give you that “redeye” pick-me-up. This spicy and flavorful cocktail is perfect after a long night of drinking.

When developing these brewtails, our food and beverage team knew that creating the perfect flavor was key. They wanted to make cocktails that were as unique as the M brand and ones that our guests would be eager to order again and again. The next time you’re at Anthony’s Burgers & Brews, be sure to try one of these amazing creations!

Yikes! Tax day was just here. Taxes are a big stressor for most people, so maybe it's time to treat yourself (maybe you can use some of that refund you hopefully got!) to one of 96 beers we have on tap at 32 Degrees Draft Bar here at M Resort. We don't know about you, but as beer lovers it's one of life's thrills to walk into a bar and see what seems like miles and miles of beer taps lined up and ready to deliver that oh so delicious "barley pop."

The first question you may ask yourself is why is it called 32 Degrees? While there are a few places you can get (and apparently enjoy as well) beer that's a bit on the room-temperature side of the scale, the vast majority of beers are meant to be served cold. How cold? Here it's as close to freezing as we can get it, hence the name of 32 Degrees. And you may think that we just decided that all sounded good and we'd go with it. Well it does sound good, and we did go with it, but there's more to it than that. We designed the bar to allow the keg storage to be directly below the taps. This means a lot less time the beer must travel from keg to tap which in turn means much colder beer for you.

As we mentioned, there's plenty of that cold beer for you to choose from. It's kind of amazing that with just a few simple ingredients like water, grain, yeast and hops, you can create such a wide variety of beers. Among our 96 you'll find lagers, pilsners, ales, wheat beers, stouts, lambics….From the Abita Amber to the Moretti Pils and the New Belgium Mothership Wit to the Rogue Chocolate Stout, you're sure to find something that will suit your beer craving. And if you're not a beer drinker or are looking for something a little different to refresh you with the warmer days arriving, don't worry. Not only do we serve wine and spirits here, you can also get your hands on a tall glass of cider - even one produced just for M Resort by Wyders.

If you're feeling playful or adventurous, why not try a beer cocktail (that's right, cocktails made with beer) like the "Drawbridge", "Islander" or "Apricot Black and Tan"? You can pair it with something great to eat prepared right next door at Vig Deli. There are plenty of tables, in-bar gaming machines and TVs for you to enjoy and the bar is right next to our race & sports book if you're in the mood to place a bet on your favorite team.

So come join us in 32 Degrees Draft Bar here at M Resort and check the first of 96 off your list!

For centuries, brewers have made seasonal beers for winter that are fuller in body and maltier than standard styles. Winter warmers have less water in the mix, delivering more nutrition and higher alcohol content than typical summer quenchers. We've got our winter beer picks straight from our Beverage Director, Mark Thomas, but before we get to the beers, we have to talk about the place where you can get the beer.

The M Resort is home to an array of unique destination bars and lounges and the 32 Degrees Draft Bar is no exception. Directly adjoining the race and sports book, this tap house is a haven for sports lovers and beer aficionados.

Taking a modern approach to the race and sports book concept, the M Resort has tapped into Las Vegas' need for a venue with a vast selection of consistently cold beer. 32 Degrees proves that no two beer drinkers are the same and a limited tap selection can no longer suffice.

The contemporary bar and lounge boasts 96 different brews, with a beer to suit any taste, mood, occasion or season. 32 Degrees pours a variety of unique ales and stouts, exceptional microbrews, classic imports and domestic favorites. Deriving its name from the optimal beer serving temperature, 32 Degrees serves up the coldest beer in Las Vegas in a vibrant, high energy atmosphere. Ample seating, just steps from the sports book floor, provides uncompromising views of all the sports and betting action.

If you want a casual place to enjoy a beer, 32 Degrees is the place. Below is our list of winter beer picks to enjoy while you're here:

New Belgium Brewery 2 Degrees Below Ale

This tasty winter warmer started life as a small batch beer brewed for the Al Johnson Uphill Downhill - a telemark ski race in Crested Butte, Colorado. Dry hopping during fermentation creates a floral nose with a hint of pepper and spicy, subtle undertones. 2 Degrees Below provides a bright, hoppy palate and a cheery warm afterglow.

Samuel Adams Winter Ale

This beer’s roots are in Belgium. The style gets its name from the white, milky appearance of this unfiltered wheat ale. On the malt side, Samuel Adams uses malted two-row Pale barley, malted wheat, and Munich malt to give this beer a crisp, malty, cereal finish and smooth mouth feel. A spice blend is added that includes orange and lemon peel, dried plum, grains of paradise, coriander, anise, hibiscus, rose hips, tamarind, and vanilla. It is this special blend of spices that gives Samuel Adams White Ale its unique character, complexity and refreshing drinkability.

Chimay Premier Red Ale

Chimay Red is noted for its coppery color which makes it particularly attractive. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma. Its taste imparts a silky sensation to the tongue and is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. To the palate, there is pleasant astringency, which complements the flavor qualities of this beer very harmoniously.

Tenaya Creek Nut Brown Ale

Brewed right here in Las Vegas at Tenaya Creek Brewery, the Nut Brown Ale is light brown in color and is quite malty while the hop flavor is generally lower than that of other ales.

UB Maudite

This is a mahogany-colored, rich-tasting premium beer that has a distinctively complex taste. Because of the warmth it releases, this strong character beer must be served cool but not cold.

32 Degrees is open Sunday-Saturday, 24 hours.
