We’re here to bring you the inside scoop on how the natives survive the summer months in Vegas. Our best piece of advice: do summer like the locals do. And, here’s how.

At either pool, grab a cabana, maybe a bottle or two (they start at only $65!) and enjoy the day lounging on a cushy chaise lounge chair with drink-in-hand. Get happy during Happy Hour.
There’s no reason for you not be 
happy while you’re at M since we offer Happy Hour 24/7. We know it seems too good to be true but if you go to any of our inside bars cocktails are just $5 and bottled beers $3. To sweeten the deal, our restaurants offer their own happy hour deals on food. A whole sushi platter for just $10 at our rooftop restaurant Veloce, half priced appetizers from Anthony’s Steakhouse, or even a hot dog and beer special from 32 Degree Draft Bar.
Play your cards like a true shark.
There’s nothing wrong with playing the tables in the casino. But, each weekend our pool deck is populated with a great crowd. A crowd that includes a bevy of beautiful poolside black jack dealers ready to deal your next hand. So go out, get some fresh air and place your bets under the sun while taking in the great atmosphere of bikini-clad pool dwellers.
Leave time for relaxation.

The Main Lobby stairs are just waiting for you to climb.
So you indulged at our buffet and maybe had a cupcake (or two) from our bakery and washed it all down with one of our 96 beers on tap. There’s nothing wrong with this (we’re all about indulging), but even during your getaway in Vegas you’ll want to stay in shape with places like DayDream Pool Club to hang out at. We know it’s hard to make it to the gym, especially when you’re traveling, so we’re here to offer you a few travel-friendly fitness tips that you can practice here at M or wherever you might be traveling.
Take the stairs. We know elevators are much more convenient, but think of the burn you’ll feel after walking from our casino level to our pool and spa level, or even all the way down to our wine cellar, Hostile Grape. Your lungs will thank you and you’ll thank yourself when you look at your killer legs.
Bring your running shoes. Why not add a little motion in your day? Lace up your sneakers and take a tour inside and outside our resort. We’re situated on more than 90 acres and with an expansive 100,000 square foot pool deck, you’ll have lots of time to get your fresh air fix, plus we have lots of great art to gaze at while walking around indoors.

Stay hydrated. It’s a desert out there (no really, it is). Be sure to drink lots of water, it will help keep your body going and increase your metabolism so you burn more calories than normal, and it also helps maintain your muscle tone.
Bring your yoga mat. Starting or ending your day with yoga does the body good. And, rolling up your yoga mat and packing it for your trip takes a minimal amount of time and space. You can even practice your yoga moves in the privacy of your own hotel room.
If you’re more of a gym person, we also have a world-class fitness center available for your use; did we mention it has a pool view?

So imagine it’s April 4 and since you’re not at the final game of the NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament, you’re instead sitting in the M Resort race & sports book, or perhaps at 32 Degrees. The action is intense – fast breaks, big points and unexpected runs. What did you take? The over? Maybe a first-half money line? Nope, you took the next free-throw would be made. What? That’s madness!
It sure is – March Madness. If you haven’t tried In-Running Wagering technology from Cantor Gaming here at M, the tournament is the perfect time. The folks over at Cantor asked themselves “Why should the betting action stop when the game starts?” The simple answer was that it shouldn’t. From one of the betting stations in the book or from a mobile tablet you can use in areas beyond the book here at the property, the betting action at M matches the action on the court.
If sports betting isn’t your thing though, have no fear. The property is filled with great venues which are in turn filled with lots of TVs for all your basketball viewing pleasure. On select dates between March 17 – April 4, you’ll also be able to join in some viewing parties in Ravello Lounge hosted by Mike O’Brian from KKLZ 96.3. With drink deals, contests, prize giveaways and of course the lovely Bud Girls, it’s going to be party after party. It’s almost time for the Big Game and if you live here in Vegas or have visited during this time, you’ll know the Big Game means big happenings. At M Resort we’ll be blowing things out once again with tons of good stuff for our guests and of course lots and lots of TVs where you can catch all the action. It’s shaping up to be one of the best match-ups we’ve seen in a long time, so we want to make sure you’ve got everything you’ll need here at the property to make your super Sunday one to remember.
We’ll be hosting a property-wide Super Sunday Big Game viewing party on Sunday, Feb. 6 where the excitement is guaranteed to go beyond the sports book. View the game in a fun, upbeat atmosphere throughout the property with a live radio remote with KKLZ 96.3, prize giveaways including a ski trip and tickets to a professional football game, food and beverage specials and the lovely Budweiser girls.
Our celebration kicks off at 1 pm with a public viewing party inside Ravello Lounge. Equipped with 42 TVs, you can relax in the lounge’s comfortable seats while enjoying $10 buckets of Bud and Bud Light, $3 Cuervo Orange Margaritas on the rocks and $2 Cuervo shots. Stadium-style food specials start at 2 pm with favorites including hamburgers, buffalo chicken wings, Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, potato chips and more available for purchase with items starting at just $1.50!
If you’re looking to stay close to the best race & sports book in Vegas or the casino gaming action you’ll find drink specials at 32 Degrees Draft Bar, Lobby Bar and M Bar. Lobby Bar will offer its standard food menu starting at Noon. Drink specials include:
- $10 buckets of Bud and Bud Light 12 oz. bottles
- $3 Cuervo Orange Margaritas on the rocks

For those of you with a serious appetite, Hash House A Go Go will offer guests a big game special of 1 lb. stuffed Burgers and Fries with a domestic bottle of beer (or non-alcoholic beverage) or Two Giant Bratwursts with Fries with a domestic bottle of beer (or non-alcoholic beverage) for just $10.95. The restaurant will also offer additional beer and appetizer specials in the dining room from 3-11 pm.
For guests looking to bet on the game, the Cantor-operated race and sports book at the M Resort offers the perfect location. Guests are free to bet traditionally or use Cantor’s In-Running wager, allowing them to bet continuously throughout the game.
The fun doesn’t start or stop with the game however, as New Year’s Eve entertainment headliner Wes Quave returns for encore performances on Thursday and Friday from 9 pm to 1 am and Saturday from 6:30 pm to 2 am in Ravello Lounge.

Here it is, the final edition of “Ten Off-the-Cuff” for 2010. Here are ten off-the-cuff things we think are pretty cool at M Resort that you should know about:
Wine is one of those things that is very much subjective. There are some you love and others you just can’t stand. And don’t you hate it when you order an entire glass of one that you really don’t care for? No worries in Hostile Grape: the enomatic wine machines here allow you to taste a huge variety of wines in one, three and five ounce pours with prices to match. Get a small taste if you’re trying something for the first time that you’re not sure about, or get a whole glass if it’s a favorite.
The M Girls 2011 Calendar is definitely cool, as are the ladies themselves, and this is one cool thing here at M that won’t be around forever so get ‘em while they last. They’re available for just $10+tax at 32 Degrees and Studio B Buffet and part of the proceeds goes to benefit the American Cancer Society.
There are some absolutely amazing chandeliers and other light fixtures here, but perhaps the most spectacular is in M Bar. It’s made of thousands upon thousands of individual pieces that took an awful long time to assemble. It’s definitely worth a gander.
How about another “M” something? It’s our M Cider and it will definitely make you go “Mmmmm.”
Want to rid yourself of that winter chill? Try the therapy pools at Spa Mio. They’ll warm you up and relax those holiday stress knots right out of you. Ooh! Cool chandelier again!
Yes it’s more wine, but it’s really the room we wanted to point out. This is the electric wine room at Marinelli’s. It’s electric red and just so happens to house some pretty amazing reds you can enjoy with dinner.
Tucked between Terzetto and the Lobby Bar is the Oyster Bar. It’s a great spot to saddle-up for some delicious seafood treats and easy conversation.
Here’s one of our other favorite “M” things – the M sign on the side of the hotel tower. It can be programmed to do all sorts of cool things and if you come out to the property right now, you’ll see it’s gone all candy cane for the holidays.
You’re not in Kansas anymore – this is Vegas baby! The new Great and Powerful Oz slots are REALLY cool. These slots feature some of the latest sensory immersion technologies, great bonuses and communal gaming.
And while we’re on the topic of gaming, have you tried it away from the slots and tables yet? Here at M we offer Cantor Gaming’s eDeck devices which feature slots, video poker and table games right from a small wireless device.

There are a lot of reasons the poker room here at M Resort has become one of the top in Vegas in the short period of time the property has been open. The room itself is hard to beat (though we can’t guarantee you won’t have the occasional bad beat!).
The 14-table room is warm and inviting, offering a level of comfort that you won’t find most places. Whether you’re in for a few quick hands or an extended stay for one of the many tournaments, it’s nice to know you won’t go home with an aching back. And what holds true in real estate applies to poker rooms too – location, location, location. The room has easy access being located right next to the parking garage entrance and the restrooms are just steps away. Hungry? Thirsty? Vig Deli delivers classic deli fare to hungry players and 32 Degrees pours a frosty selection of 96 beers on tap. In fact one reason some of our regular players choose M Resort is that they can enjoy one of the city’s best beer selections. Let’s not forget about the game too. We know, you need to concentrate on the hand…well, at hand. But if you’re dying to know the score or want to place a quick bet, the race & sports book is right next door.
How about those tournaments? Not to mention all the promotions. There’s never a shortage of either in M’s poker room. Mini beats, progressive high-hand jackpots, four-of-a-kind bonuses and great guaranteed prize pool daily tournaments. In fact in December, we’re offering the $100,000 M Beat with the biggest guaranteed player share in Vegas. Wonder why the slot players are always the ones to get all the free stuff? Really – who wants to work out and stare at a blank wall or a bunch of other people working out? Not us and not you. That’s why here at M Resort we made sure you could work out with a view.
Tucked behind Spa Mio you’ll find our fitness center. It offers all the things you’d expect – rowing machines, stair master, treadmills and ellipticals, and a whole array of weight machines and free weights (aren’t they nifty with the M logo?!). You’ll find all the equipment is new, well-maintained and clean. Water and fresh fruit? On the house. Need a towel? We keep ours on ice for you. 
But what is it that really makes the fitness center at M Resort stand out? The view. We certainly offer an array of televisions if it’s the latest news, sports or celebrity gossip you want to catch up on, but if you’re looking for something to really get you motivated, try gazing out at the spectacular Villaggio Del Sole pool and entertainment piazza. It’s hard not to want to do 10 more reps or 15 more minutes when those azure waters are staring back your way, filled with frolicking summer guests.
Let’s face it, it’s easy to indulge here at M – with things like the best buffet in Vegas and 96 beers on tap offered, who could blame you? But don’t worry, the view in the fitness center is waiting for a workout.

Father’s Day is almost upon us and there’s no better way to spoil your dad than with a delightful day at M Resort. We know it can be difficult to come up with special things to do for dads on Father’s Day, so here’s a few of our favorite picks that are sure to please him:
First let’s get him ready for his big day so take him down to Spa Mio. He may resist at first, but you can assure him spas are for guys too. Get him the “Mio Man Time Package” – a 50-minute Therapeutic Massage and a Haircut or Master Shave for just $140 (a $50 savings). Or how about the “Dad’s Day Out” package – a 50-minute Relaxation Massage and a For Him Facial for just $185 (a $70 savings). Maybe the “Mr. Big Package” – a Master Shave or Haircut and Manicure and Pedicure for dad for just $125 (a $15 savings). Believe us, if he’s never had a master shave it’s going to make his day!
He’s bound to be hungry now so head over to Baby Cakes where you can get dad a delicious cup of coffee (or he can even indulge in that mocha-frappa-latte-whipped-cream-thingy we know he loves but he’ll never admit to) and a fresh-made pastry. Italian donut anyone?
Now it’s time for a little fun in the Vegas sun. Rent dad a cabana or daybed where he can relax poolside with a fresh summer cocktail or ice cold beer. There’s cool blue waters and spectacular scenery for him to enjoy while he works hard at being lazy.
Hungry again!? It’s time to settle down and indulge in the best buffet in Las Vegas – Studio B. Beer and wine are included in the price and when it comes to eats, he’ll find more choices than he can imagine – delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts that won’t quit! The whole family can go back for more…and more…and more.
We know dad has given you money a TON of times, so maybe you should slip him a twenty and take him to his favorite game. Is he a blackjack man? Poker? Maybe he likes to hit the slots? Give him the chance to win it big on his big day.
