Can’t seem to ever get enough sushi? Do you frequent the best sushi restaurants in Vegas? Can you summarize your affinity for sushi in 140 characters or less? If you answered yes to any of the above then you are, indeed, a #sushilover!

The good news is all-you-can-eat sushi just got a whole lot better!  Jayde Fuzion, the Asian contemporary restaurant at M Resort known for its excellent selection of fresh sushi, has just added unlimited sushi to its menu. And, for $24.95, it’s the best value for AYCE sushi in Vegas.

AYCE (the acronym for all-you-can-eat) sushi is offered at Jayde Fuzion Sunday – Thursday at the sushi bar from 5-10 p.m. The $24.95 price includes complimentary sake (for those 21 and over) and an abundance of fresh, premium fish, flown in daily. Nigiri selections include: ikura (salmon eggs), unagi (fresh water eel), hamachi (yellowtail), maguro (big eye tuna), sake (salmon), albacore (white tuna), uni (sea urchin), hirame (fluke) and ebi (shrimp).

Also on the menu are a variety of signature sushi rolls (all are available in hand rolls, too) like the M Girl Roll (named after the gorgeous M Girl cocktail servers, of course), featuring shrimp tempura, cream cheese, cucumbers and jalapeño, topped with spicy tuna, crunch and yum yum sauce. The signature Jayde Roll features spicy crab and asparagus, topped with seared tuna, crunch, and creamy ponzu. The  Lady Luck Roll (tuna, hamachi, salmon, vegetables, rice and nori) and the Geisha Roll (spicy shrimp, crab and cucumber, topped with seared yellowtail, cilantro, jalapeño and Sriracha aioli) are also great choices. Can’t decide? Have them all!

Chef Mark Sandoval explains why he believes Jayde Fuzion has the best all-you-can-eat sushi in Vegas. “When it comes to raw fish, quality is the most important ingredient. We use real snow crab and superior cuts of fresh fish – like toro, hamachi and big eye tuna, flown in fresh each day. We also offer delicacies like bluefin tuna and uni, when available.

The price is a significant factor too. “For the quality of fish that we’re offering, you won’t find a better price in Las Vegas, says Sandoval.”

Although value and quality play a factor, ambiance is also key to a great experience. Set inside the stunning Forbes Four Star-rated M Resort, the restaurant offers a comfortable, yet upscale ambiance featuring gorgeous views of the Strip. “One of the unparalleled aspects of our restaurant is Sushi Chef Paul Lee’s unique element of hospitality.  You’ll know it’s your lucky day when Chef Lee, a classically trained Korean opera singer, serenades you with Italian opera. It’s really quite amazing!”
