‘Tis the season for holiday treats! Between cookies, cakes, bars and more there’s no shortage of delicious treats consumed between now and New Year’s. If you’re at our resort, the goodies are available everywhere – at our restaurants, in our patisserie and in our award-winning buffet – making it easy to satisfy your sweet tooth.

While we have an abundance of unique and delicious treats, all made by our executive pastry chef Marco Cossio, we also provide sugar-free and gluten-free desserts. From gelato to cheesecake we have several choices for guests with a sugar-free or gluten-free diet to enjoy.

At our award-winning buffet, Studio B, we offer 18 different kinds of sorbet and gelato all gluten-free with several sugar-free options as well. We also offer exotic panna cotta cups, flan, crème brulee, raspberry and lemon meringue, strawberry mascarpone shooters and vanilla sugar free yogurt – all made fresh daily.

In our restaurants, you can enjoy gluten-free options like lemoncillo cheesecake, berries royal, vanilla crème brulee or a trio of sorbet and gelato.
