Five Ways to De-Stress at M Resort
Traveling can be stressful and part of our commitment to you is to take the stress out of your hotel stay and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Whether it’s helping you fit in a great workout, inviting you to unwind with wine, or providing you with a relaxing environment where you can kick up your feet, we’ve rounded up five ways for you to de-stress at our four-star resort.
M Experience Rooms
These new rooms are designed to deliver rest and relaxation! With features like aromatherapy, mood lighting and a living lavender plant, you’ll be on your way to a stress free stay in no time. Plus, when you book these rooms, you’re not only getting nice amenities, but stress-free services are included too…like complimentary transportation to and from McCarran International Airport.
Om….doesn’t that sounds just instantly make you relax? Strike a pose, or two, with us Wednesday-Friday at our poolside yoga classes. These classes are a great way to focus and recharge before or after a busy day.
Unwind with Wine
Head down to our wine bar Hostile Grape where you have a choice of more than 160 wines by the glass. With special offers throughout the week and live entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays you’ll be raising your glass to a stress-free stay.
Sometimes all you need to do is work up a bit of a sweat to de-stress. We can help you with that. Our four star spa and salon has a full service fitness center with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment. Plus, while you’re burning off all those calories you’ll be taking in the spectacular view of our pool.
Sometimes that little (or maybe big) scoop of homemade gelato can make you forget what you’re stressed about….at least it’s worked for us! While it’s easy to get carried away while traveling, especially with our award-winning buffet, we do think a little indulgence here and there can help you relax. So, head to Baby Cakes, find a sweat treat and eat it slowly!
