The arrival of spring brings new beginnings, rich traditions, and time spent enjoying holiday celebrations with loved ones. As you prepare to embark on an all-day labor of love cooking extravaganza, why not go for something a little different this year? Instead of slaving away in the kitchen, let our chefs take care of the meal while you focus on what's important - enjoying the company of family and friends. Whether your dinner menu is sophisticated and elegant or simple and casual, we have the perfect feast for your entertaining needs.
For the second consecutive year, our chefs are working furiously in our kitchens to create a delicious Easter To Go menu complete with everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable. Preparations are underway to serve hundreds of Easter To Go meals this April (you have until April 2 to order yours!) Our team consists of numerous kitchen chefs, two executive chefs, two room chefs and many more to help prep the sauces, soups and marinate the meats. The actual cooking of the prime rib and honey glazed ham is done on Easter day to ensure that the freshest food possible is going straight to your table. Each prime rib takes about three to four hours to cook and all of the other items take between one and two hours each. That's a lot of time in the oven for everything we're serving up!
This Easter, our team has created two incredible mouth-watering choices; the first meal consists of traditional baked mustard and honey glazed ham served with raisin sauce. The second is a roasted prime rib of beef, served with creamed horseradish and au jus. Both meals include; tomato bisque soup, red bliss mashed potatoes, maple-cranberry baked sweet potatoes, creamed spinach with aged parmesan, braised button mushrooms with parsley and garlic, orange glazed baby carrots and hot cross buns with honey butter. To end your dinner on a sweet note, each package also comes with a chocolate hazelnut cake and lemon raspberry cupcakes.
On Easter Sunday, the packages are assembled based on our guests' desired pick up time so the meals will be hot and prepared to perfection. Pick up is easy - your feast will be delivered curbside at our convenient pick up station.
