Anthony A. Marnell III

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer:

Anthony A. Marnell, III is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of M Resort, Spa and Casino. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science degree In Hospitality Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He began his career in the gaming industry in 1995 and held the position of Corporate Vice President of Marketing for the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Vice President of Marketing for Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. until 1999. He is also acting Chairman of Saddle West Investors, LLC and Chief Executive Officer of Aces High Management, LLC and the Founder and Chairman of TRIRIGA, Inc., the global leader in the Integrated Workplace Management System market.

Joseph A. Magliarditi

Chief Operating Officer and
Executive Vice President:

Joseph A. Magliarditi started his profession in the gaming industry in 1994, holding management positions including Vice President of Hotel Operations of the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of M Resort, Spa and Casino, Vice President of Saddle West Investors, LLC and Marnell Sher Gaming, LLC. He also spent several years as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of TRIRIGA, Inc., the global leader in the Integrated Workplace Management System market.

John M. Lipkowitz

Executive Vice President and
General Manager:

John M. Lipkowitz began his career in the gaming industry in 1984, holding management positions, which include Divisional President of Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. and the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. John has been the President of Siren Gaming, LLC and is currently the Executive Vice President and General Manager of M Resort, Spa and Casino, Saddle West Investors, LLC, Aces High Management, LLC and Marnell Sher Gaming, LLC.
